After ten years of performing in the UK and abroad as a professional violinist, health issues led Theodor to join renowned artist agency HarrisonParrott in May 2021 as an Artist Coordinator, where he was promoted to Associate Manager in January 2023. In his day-to-day, Theodor works with some of the agency's most sought-after artists; pitching artists, negotiating engagements and conditions with promoters, ensuring timely planning for concerts, tours and recording activities, and supporting senior management staff.
